Today’s podcast takes a look at a recent NYT Op-Ed on how careerism is “ruining college.” I agree. But the difference is being trained to be a careerist and knowing the ropes whether you like it or not, versus just being happy to have a job/education and not being aware of the unspoken cultural rules.
