Trust between workers and leaders is waning. Money is a big reason why.

The 2024 Edelman Trust Barometer report has an important finding: executives say they feel more secure about their futures than rank and file employees. My take? While low wage workers have made some economic gains, they have not outpaced C suite pay, return to office mandates, job insecurity or layoffs.
